From the Cheshire Cycleway:

The Cycleway crosses the Trent and Mersey Canal between Willow Green and the River Weaver close to Acton Bridge. Take the canal towpath northwards and leave it where it crosses Lodge Lane in Dutton. The gardens are on the west side of the canal.
