I have just bought a ticket and cycle reservation for a trip from Stockport to Welshpool. The staff at the ticket office were, as usual, brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, invariably pleasant and cheerful. I buy there often and have always found them the same.
No I'm not employed by Virgin rail nor doI have any connections with any rail company.
