Unstaffed, Mouldsworth station is run by Northern Rail. Shelter but no other facilities.
On the Manchester (via Altrincham and Stockport)-Chester line, there are hourly trains throughout the day Mon-Sat, five trains daily on Sunday.
Cycle access to both platforms, but steep rough path and two steps to Manchester platform.
