Staffed 7 days/week, Hooton station is run by Merseyrail. Waiting room, no toilets. Bridge access to platforms.


On the Birkenhead-Chester line, there are frequent trains to both destinations and to Ellesmere Port.

I use this station frequently. Main problem is the lack of toilets at this station which seems to be common to all Wirral Merseyrail stations. PLEASE could you consider having a toilet at this station. I have a family member with a health problem and the lack of toilet facilities at Merseyrail stations really hinders his abilty to travel.
