Alderley Edge railway station

Staffed mornings, Mon-Sat, Alderley Edge station is run by Northern Rail. Waiting room open when staffed. Canopies on platforms. No toilets or refreshments.


On the Crewe-Manchester line, there are frequent Northern Rail north-bound trains to Wilmslow and then Manchester via Manchester Airport or Stockport. Northern Rail south-bound trains to Crewe may stop at Chelford, Goostrey, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach. Virgin Trains only stop at Crewe, Wilmslow, Stockport and Manchester. These Pendolino trains have locked access to bike space so speak to station or train staff.


Road and cycle access to both platform, plus footbridge.
